In addition, clear and consistent policies on remote\nworking are missing from many companies, exposing a lack of HR preparations on the\ntopic in many companies (e.g. remote work company-wide policies, management\n&amp; contingency plans). HR professionals need to be able to address these new\nchallenges by redesigning processes, and retraining \/ supporting their\ncolleagues on how to manage an increased remote workforce. From redefining\ngoals and roles of staff, to redesigning personal interactions and normalizing\nthe new work environment, HR managers and professionals managing remote working teams are faced with new tasks that were not part of\ntheir portfolios so far, and were rather a small part of the training they had\nundergo.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"u-container-style u-layout-cell u-size-20 u-layout-cell-4\">\n              <div class=\"u-container-layout u-container-layout-4\">\n                <h1 class=\"u-align-center u-text u-text-custom-color-1 u-text-default u-text-5\">Goals<\/h1>\n                <p class=\"u-align-justify u-text u-text-6\">The main objective of the project is to document the\nemerging skills gap for managing a remote workforce. The REMOWA project also\naims to develop corresponding OERs, as well as a training course for the\ncontinuous professional development of HR professionals,&nbsp; trainers, supervisors, consultants and managers of organisations and teams. REMOWA is also expected to offer the opportunity to third parties, at an international level, to identify which aspects of the project would yield significant benefits if transferred to their own framework of activities.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"u-container-style u-layout-cell u-size-20 u-layout-cell-5\">\n              <div class=\"u-container-layout u-valign-top u-container-layout-5\">\n                <h1 class=\"u-align-center u-text u-text-custom-color-1 u-text-7\">The Partners<\/h1>\n                <p class=\"u-align-justify u-text u-text-8\">The partnership comprises 6 organizations from 6 EU\ncountries (PL, GR, PT, HR, SI, BE) with complementary skills from the worlds of\ntraining (<b>\n                    <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAIZ Konsulting Sp.<\/span>\n                    <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">),<\/span><\/b> higher education (University of Maribor and University Institute of Lisbon), research (EXELIA), sectoral\nrepresentation (Professional Association of Human Resource Management Employees - Center HR), and consulting (INNOVELA).
