This output will develop a modular curriculum\nstructure (syllabus) that can be used by VET providers and employers for\ntraining HR and relevant professionals in remote working methods, techniques,\nand practical applications. Additionally, this output includes the creation of\na pool of pedagogical resources including a serious game with branching scenarios,\neducational instructions, learning and assessment materials, designed to\nsupport the delivery of the REMOWA curriculum in formal VET provision and\nnon-formal learning settings for HR & relevant professionals.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

3. Creation of\npedagogical materials as Open Educational Resources (OERs)<\/h5>\n \"\"\n

The main purpose is to enable HR professionals to\nacquire specific skills along for managing effectively a remote workforce, with\nkey transversal competences (e.g. remote communication with clients and\nexternal vendors) through a combination of pedagogical resources that will help\nthem keep up with the latest labour market needs in the field, and enhance\ntheir employability and salary expectations.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

4. REMOWA Massive\nOpen Online Course (MOOC) infrastructures and content in 7 EU languages<\/h5>\n \"\"\n

Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) infrastructures will\ncomprise the REMOWA learning units, as well as contextualized training and assessment\nmaterials, in online form (lecture notes \/ textual documents, presentations, multimedia\nfiles, online interactive tools). This output includes the development of\nadditional pedagogical resources such as video units and work assignments, to\nbe embedded into the online course, in order to increase learners\u2019 engagement\nand course interactivity.<\/p>\n

5. Self-assessment\ntools and supporting materials for employers and managers to effectively facilitate\nremote working<\/h5>\n \"\"\n

This output foresees the efficient roll-out of remote\nworking in the workplace through the development of tools and resources, providing\na useful toolkit to monitor and implement remote working successfully. This output will include: a) a set of self-assessment\ntools on HR professionals\u2019 skills, readiness and attitudes towards managing a\nremote workforce, b) a best practice guide covering both technological and\norganizational aspects of remote work, and c) a set of tools, including\nprotocols, guidelines and checklists facilitating remote work practices and\nprocesses The toolkit is addressed to VET providers, HR managers, employers and\nrelevant professionals.<\/p>\n \n \n <\/lt-div>\n <\/lt-div>\n <\/lt-highlighter>\n

6. Best practice\nguide with remote working case studies <\/h5>\n \n

The best practice guide will include guidelines and\nrecommendations on technological and organizational aspects of effectively\nmanaging a remote workforce. Moreover, the guidelines will be drafted in a way\nthat will be useful for both employees and employers.
